On Monday November 26 from 12:00 am EST  thru 11:59 pm my Hellfire Club Erotique books will be 50% off at All Romance eBooks.

The Escape:

Gabrielle Bertrand believed the men she loved had been beheaded during the French Revolution’s Reign of Terror. Now promised in marriage to a general of the revolution, she still fears for her life and has resigned herself to the union.

And then fate intervenes and she sees Eric LeClaire and André St. Germaine again. Eric and André have spent the last two years searching for Gabrielle, terrified she’d been killed during one of the revolution’s roundups. Now that they’ve found her again, neither will let her go.

But with National Police after them, and years spent apart, will Gabrielle return to her lovers? Or will all three of them face the wrath of Madame Guillotine?
The Masque:

Olivia Reynard must leave Paris tonight. It's the height of the French Revolution's Reign of Terror and as a nobleman's daughter, she knows it's a matter of time before she's sent to the guillotine. Fleeing to the notorious Hellfire Club, she soon finds a world of sexual pleasure she's never imagined.

Comte Sebastian de Courville has promised to help Olivia get out of Paris, but he didn't expect such instant attraction to the beautiful maiden. He wants to show her every pleasure known, but time is short and their lives are in ever increasing danger. And then there's his lover...

Julien Laruent has survived the treacherous streets of a Paris in turmoil. Now permanently ensconced in the Hellfire Club, he hasn't look back on that time. A dangerous man to have in one's bed, he took one look at Olivia and vowed to keep her safe.

But when old enemies exact vengeance and Madame Guillotine an ever present threat, will the three of them survive long enough to find love?

Aycliff's Vow:
He’s not a man to easily give up and he’ll use that relentless drive to find her.

And Miss Elizabeth Darton knows that. The shadows hide her well and she uses them to stay one step ahead of those who want to see her dead. Uses them to hide even from the only man she’s ever loved. She knows she no longer belongs in his life, but cannot bring herself to sever all connection and disappear forever.

Callum, the Earl of Aycliff, will track down those responsible for the disappearance of his fiancé no matter what it takes, even if it means enlisting the help of the infamous Hellfire Club to find her. The Club offers a variety of decadent pleasures, but his only interest is to acquire any and all information to aid in his quest to find his Elizabeth.

He’s vowed never to give up on finding her, and it’s the one vow he’ll never break.

Devil's Pawn:

Half-Turkish merchant, Malik Trent, has joined the Hellfire Club to foster trading contacts. The fact that the Hellfire Club is London’s most notorious sex club has its own allure. However, when he spots Graham Rawley he doesn’t bargain for the appeal of the other man.

Graham has his own problems, but has fatalistically accepted them. He’s going to enjoy his last days on Earth, and is using the Hellfire Club to do it. But when Trent learns what devil is after Graham, he refuses to let his lover accept his fate.

As they follow the trail of death and deceit surrounding Graham, they learn all the secrets certain members of the Hellfire Club have fought—and killed—to keep hidden. Trent won’t allow Graham to be the next to die, but will he be the target instead?

And as a special special, 20% off Seduction of my Proper Wife: A Victorian Ménage at the Parisian Exposition.

Philip Thornton only wanted to help his frigid wife enjoy their marriage bed.

Lillian agreed, but once freed from her past, hadn't expected such a fierce transformation.

Aria was paid to educate and entice, but what she found was more than she ever dreamed possible.

The Parisian Exposition of 1889...the world is changing and the three of them are caught in its whirl. Philip and Lillian went to Paris to save their marriage and to help Lillian overcome her fears. Aria danced and seduced Lillian, but before Lillian left, Aria found herself seduced, in turn, by the beautiful Englishwoman.

When Philip and Lillian break all the rules and escort Aria around Paris for a week, will it be the beginning of their future? Or will this seductive interlude be nothing more than a dream?

#WickedRomanceGIVEAWAY Devil's Pawn and Cupcakes

The goal of this hop is to talk wickedly naught romances. I'm combining a short excerpt from Devil's Pawn with a delicious (and quick!) Halloween cupcake treat from Food Network. Granted, I'm not a huge fan of fondant (it has no taste) bit doing this with a piping bag seems...messy.

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen store-bought, un-iced cupcakes (pumpkin if they have seasonal flavors)
  • 1 can dark chocolate frosting
  • 1 box prepared orange fondant (recommended: Wilton)
Special equipment/ decor:
  • Spatula
  • Rolling pin
  • 2-inch round cutter (or one that is same diameter as the tops of the cupcakes)
  • Small shaped cutters and/or large pastry tips
Directions:
  1. Frost all of the cupcakes with a smooth even layer of the chocolate frosting.
  2. Wipe off the spatula frequently, and dip it in warm water, if necessary, to get the frosting as smooth as possible.
  3.  Roll out the orange fondant to 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Using a round biscuit cutter, cut out 12 rounds from the fondant.
  5. Using small cutters, cut a jack-o-lantern face of your design in each round.
  6. Lay the rounds on top of the cupcakes. Arrange the cupcakes on a serving a platter and serve.
Devil's Pawn: A Hellfire Club Erotique

Graham looked at the other man. He seemed perfectly at ease with himself; the candlelight made his dark skin gleam. Shaking his head at his own romanticism, Graham wondered at this man, this foreigner.

He’d been perfectly honest when he told Trent he’d watched him and wanted him. In the last weeks he found honesty cleansing—if he was to go to his grave a young man, he wanted to do so with as few falsehoods as possible.
The Club had been abuzz with rumors about the Turk since his arrival, yet Malik Trent had done naught to answer any of their many questions. Though he knew little of Trent, Graham couldn’t help but…hope. A dangerous emotion that, but nonetheless hope did stir within him.
Could this man help?
Studying him through hooded eyes, Graham wondered. He wanted Trent, and it was obvious Trent wanted him as well. But could he trust the Turk?
“I would appreciate your help,” he began, almost surprised at the admission. “However, I don’t wish to see you entangled in this unsavory business.”
“Explain the business to me,” Trent interrupted before Graham could continue.
Loosening his cravat, which he hadn’t tied properly anyway, Graham slowly nodded. No one had actually offered to help. Then again, he hadn’t exactly shouted throughout the Club the reasons for his suddenly licentious behavior in a group filled with lustful abandonment.

@ReadingRomance Day 3 #NaughtyorNice

Here it is, Day 3 of the Naughty or Nice blog hop. I'm awaiting conversion of my final Hellfire Club Erotique, Devil's Pawn. But here's an excerpt from that story:

Graham looked at the other man. He seemed perfectly at ease with himself; the candlelight made his dark skin gleam. Shaking his head at his own romanticism, Graham wondered at this man, this foreigner.
He’d been perfectly honest when he told Trent he’d watched him and wanted him. In the last weeks he found honesty cleansing—if he was to go to his grave a young man, he wanted to do so with as few falsehoods as possible.

            Could this man help?

He stalked to the sideboard and poured a drink. Whisky, not wine, filled his goblet, but Graham didn’t care and knocked it back like a tavern whore.

Monday Romance

I'm changing things up a bit. Still waiting back for the edits on The Devil's Pawn, but have decided to postpone my Parisian Exposition Ménage series for a one-shot contemporary. Just as a change of pace.

This one will be very heavy D/s with a cop investigation mystery. And I already have the cover!

Finishing a story (Weekly Goals)

I am done. Yes I am. I am finished with The Devils' Pawn: A Hellfire Club Erotique and am very, very happy with the product! OK, there's still that final step of editing it, then sending it off for edits, but that's minor compared to being done!

This is my first completely m/m story and I have to say I'm glad I did it. I know there are people who aren't into that, and that's fine with me, to each their own. But I love this story--there's sex (obviously) and romance, and a true building of a relationship. It was hard doing that with 2 men, I'm not sure why but I had to really work at it, but in the end, love is love.

Hellfire Club Erotique series

The Devil's Pawn: A Hellfire Club Erotique:

Goals 24 and house cleaning

I took a few days off to make a long weekend and feel so accomplished I need to shout it out.

  • Almost finished my new m/m Hellfire Club Erotique story and titled it! The Devil's Pawn: A Hellfire Club Erotique.
  • Also did the blurb for it!
  • Will be sending it off to my editor within the next 2 weeks, then the book converter as soon as I get the edits back, so hopefully it'll be out by the end of July!
  • Made an Olympic cake out of cupcakes (see not too bad picture of it to the right!) for a Father's Day Extravaganza.
  • Cleaned. And cleaned and cleaned! I cleaned so much, my house now looks like I'm ready to show it to potential buyers (I'm not which is a shame, because it looks beautiful!)

  • Organized my office area. Technically I suppose I could lump it in with cleaning but the office area is a special place for unfilled papers, potential shredding or filing of papers depending on how long they've sat around, pieces of writing ideas, and other misc. junk.
I do love working in a clean space. (It's the cleaning I do in spurts!) What does your office or other working space look like?
