Independence Day

Independence Day is more than fireworks, nifty patriotic music, and cookouts. No seriously, it is! It's about remembering what America is all about, and frankly I hope it's about more than cookouts, yummy tho they might be.

Remember what our Founding Fathers fought for and what our serving armed forces and vets are still fighting for. However, try this site for some Fun Facts about the Fourth of July.

Declaration of Independence:
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
