New year thoughts

Why are resolutions made during the coldest, darkest month of the year? Alas, I'm not immune to this resolutoin making/life changing thing. But my (not unique) motto is all things in moderation. Slow and steady and all that. Right?

How's everyone doing with their own resolutions? What? Day 1 is easy, Day 2...not so much!

On a separate note, January is:
National Mentoring Month
National Glaucoma Awareness
Cervical Health Awareness Month
National Blood Donor Month
Thyroid Awareness Month
Birth Defects Prevention Month

  1. I decided to not do "resolutions" this year. Instead I went with small and achievable goals - like writing 500 words a day. So far, I'm on track (but it IS only day 3, LOL!)

  2. Debora, I like that! And with small goals it's easier to see results. One of my goals is to keep my office clean. I have to clean it first, but that's a 'small' goal, too!
